🔹Тоесть, выйдя на пробежку, у спортсмена нет «своей» техники бега, он совершает движения.
«Я падаю и правильно себя ловлю»
🔹Я говорю так - надо уметь падать и «правильно переставлять ноги» . О чем речь - техничные движения в ногах должны быть направлены на то, чтобы не мешать свободному падению.
П.С. Очень приятно когда спортсмены, тренера, реабилитологи и тд, изучают информацию и не несут чушь в массы😌
